Open to eligible US/DC residents, 18+ at the start. The rules do not provide a numerical entry limit; do not assume repeated submissions add chances.
Closing-time caveat: the official rules say November 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, even though that date falls after the US daylight-saving change. Enter early rather than relying on the final hour. The drawing is planned around November 6; selected winners have two days to respond.
