A valid Sudocrem/Aleva Canadian purchase receipt earns three plays, maximum five uploads/day and 364 uploads over the promotion. Each free sponsor bonus code is usable once/person. Every play may award ballot entries or reveal an instant-prize message; it does not guarantee a merchandise prize. Allocate ballots before 2 p.m. ET on the relevant drawing date; the October 1, 2027 drawings require allocation by September 30 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Unselected ballots carry forward only for the same prize type where later drawings exist. Next scheduled drawings after this check include December 2, 2026; consult the full table for each prize. Potential winners must return the release and correctly answer the skill-testing question within seven days after receiving the form. Values are Canadian dollars. No U.S. eligibility is implied.
