How Will the Winners Be Selected and Notified?

Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or connected with the Dream Craft Room Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States. By participating in the giveaway, you waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree to have damages limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses.
