Pocono Raceway Race Through the Seasons Sweepstakes

Wanna win$2,528 in family fun?

NASCAR tickets, merchandise, rafting, paintball and biking passes for four. Travel and hotels are excluded.

Giveaway details + how to enter

A family adventure trip is easier to budget when the passes, equipment and transportation are considered together. An admission price may cover a particular experience without covering the journey, an overnight stay or every accessory your group needs. Start with the people participating and the schedule you can realistically manage.

Pocono Raceway’s Race Through the Seasons sweepstakes combines NASCAR tickets with rafting, paintball and biking passes for four. Transportation and lodging are excluded. Its free form and full prize facts are below, with this guide to comparing a family activity package and planning the costs around it.

Build a practical activity calendar for the whole group

List the activities your family genuinely wants to do and the people who would participate. Check each operator’s age, ability, booking and other requirements directly. A package advertised for four does not mean every activity suits every possible group of four. Confirm suitability before choosing dates or making additional purchases.

Put fixed events on the calendar first. A race weekend has specific dates, while another pass may have a longer redemption period. Keep the booking deadline, permitted travel dates and expiration date in separate columns. They answer different questions and may require different follow-up actions after you receive an award or buy a package.

Allow time for getting between locations and for the activity itself. Look at actual addresses and the operator’s arrival instructions. A busy day can become impractical when it assumes immediate parking, no check-in time and effortless transfers. Compare a plan you can carry out comfortably rather than the maximum number of activities you could fit into a brochure.

The Pocono prize’s NASCAR tickets are for June 12–13, 2027. The other adventure passes have their own use conditions and stated expiration under the rules. It is a package of experiences across the seasons, not a promise that every activity should be completed during the race weekend or that the sponsor arranges one continuous holiday.

Check what each pass includes and what equipment is needed

For every activity, make a contents list. Ask whether the pass includes the required equipment, instruction, reservations and any selected extras. Do not assume another operator’s package works the same way. Keep the answer beside the activity so a broad admission value does not hide an additional cost that matters to your family.

Read the operator’s current preparation guidance. Clothing, footwear, personal items and arrival arrangements can vary by activity and conditions. Follow the provider’s instructions instead of treating a general travel checklist as complete. If you are uncertain about suitability or a requirement, ask the operator before committing to the outing.

Price only the extras you actually need. A family may already own some suitable items and need to rent or buy others. Compare rental terms with the cost and usefulness of purchasing equipment, including transport and storage. Buying a specialist item for one outing is a different decision from buying something you will use regularly.

Check weather and cancellation procedures directly with the activity provider. Ask how a closure, reschedule or missed appointment affects the pass. An outdoor experience can require a flexible plan, but flexibility should be based on the written terms rather than an expectation that every unused booking will be refunded.

Add lodging, transport and ordinary daily spending

Map the journey from home and the travel between the accommodation and each activity. Compare the complete transport plan using current quotes or your own vehicle costs. Include parking and any overnight stop you expect to need. The passes may be valuable while the journey remains a substantial separate expense.

Compare accommodation using the actual group size and dates. Read the room arrangement, total quote, payment timing and cancellation policy. A property farther away may change the cost and time spent traveling each day. Put those journeys next to the hotel comparison instead of evaluating the room price in isolation.

For a hypothetical activity day, a $40 parking and transport allowance plus $80 for planned meals totals $120 before other purchases. Those are illustrative numbers, not local prices or a suggested family budget. Replace them with information for your own plans, then decide where optional spending can be reduced if necessary.

The FTC’s travel-shopping guidance recommends verifying providers and understanding offers before payment. Apply the same care to accommodation or transport you arrange around a prize. Winning passes does not make unrelated booking links, unsolicited messages or payment requests part of the sponsor’s promotion.

Keep confirmations and understand the giveaway package

Create a folder for ticket instructions, pass details, booking confirmations and important contact numbers. Share it with the adults managing the trip. If a ticket uses a digital account, check access before departure and follow the issuer’s current instructions. A screenshot or remembered password is not always a complete ticket-access plan.

Keep a separate expense row for each outing rather than one undifferentiated family-fun total. Record the pass or ticket, required extras, transportation, meals and any lodging beside that activity. This makes it easier to spread the experiences across several visits, compare an overnight stay with a day trip, and see what a change to one outing would actually save.

Record each pass’s remaining tasks after acceptance: choosing a date, making a reservation, confirming participants or bringing required documents. Use calendar reminders with enough time to act. A long expiration period is useful only if you remember the booking steps before that period ends. Keep unresolved questions visible until the operator answers them.

Pocono’s package includes four Terrace Club tickets for the specified two-day race weekend, a merchandise bundle and four-person passes for the listed whitewater, paintball and biking experiences. Its ARV is $2,528. Travel and lodging are not included, so a potential winner should consider those costs when deciding how to use the award.

The sweepstakes allows one free online entry. Complete the official form and its required agreement; the marketing-updates checkbox is optional. The final entry section gives the deadline and age requirements. Reading this guide or receiving Freebie Mom Entry Tickets does not submit the form or add entries to the Pocono drawing.
