Eligibility
Participation in the Famous Footwear Holiday Wishlist Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. To be eligible, you must either have a Famous Footwear Rewards Account or create one during the Giveaway Period. Don’t worry, creating an account is free and easy!
Employees, officers, and directors of BG Retail, LLC, and its parent company, Caleres, Inc., along with their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, partners, suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors of Giveaway materials, are not eligible to participate. Additionally, immediate family members and household members of these individuals are also excluded from entering. Please note that this giveaway is void in Rhode Island.

During the Giveaway Period, there are two methods to enter the Famous Footwear Holiday Wishlist Giveaway:
- Method 1: Create a Wishlist by clicking the Heart icon on all your favorite styles on Famous.com. Make sure to have a registered account to save your Wishlist.
- Method 2: If you don’t have a Famous Footwear Rewards Account or prefer an alternate method of entry, you can send an email to famousmarketing@caleres.com. In the email, include your name, email address, phone number, and describe at least one item from your Wishlist.
It’s important to note that if you choose Method 2, your email entry must be received by the Sponsor no later than December 14, 2023. Bulk emails will not be processed or entered into the Giveaway.
Prizes
Now, let’s talk about the exciting part – the prizes! The Famous Footwear Holiday Wishlist Giveaway offers a total of Four (4) Grand Prize Winners, with one winner selected weekly from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period. Here’s a breakdown of the prizes:
- Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) $500 Famous Footwear Gift Card.
- The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is $500.
- The total ARV of all Grand Prizes combined is $2000.
The Gift Cards will be emailed by the Sponsor to the winners. It’s important to read and understand the terms and conditions of the Gift Card, as it will govern its use. Please note that the Gift Cards are awarded on an “as is” basis and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without the winner’s permission. The Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for exchanges, additional gift cards, or prior purchases. Additionally, the prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed, except where required by law.

Winner Selection & Notification
The Sponsor will randomly select one winner for each Entry Period. The winners will be selected weekly from all eligible entries received before 12:00 am on the specified dates. If you’re a lucky winner, the Sponsor will email you on or before the corresponding dates with instructions on how to claim your prize.
It’s essential to keep an eye on your email and ensure you provide a current, accurate, and monitored email address during the entry process. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) calendar days of the first notification attempt, if any prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, or if any winner rejects their prize, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor’s determination in selecting winners is final and binding.
Publicity and Usage Rights in Submissions

Representations and Warranties/Indemnification

In such cases, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes randomly from among the eligible entries received.

Any attempt to damage the Sponsor’s website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in legal consequences.
Limitations of Liability
The Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants or technical failures of any kind. They are also not liable for any unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or the Giveaway, technical or human errors in the administration of the Giveaway, or any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Giveaway or the use of any prize.
Disputes
Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected to the Famous Footwear Holiday Wishlist Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action. These disputes shall be exclusively governed by the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri or the Circuit Court of St. Louis, Missouri. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules.
