The game period begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time on July 24, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 5, 2023.

Prize Details
A total of thirty (30) prizes will be awarded in the Flamin’ Hot Drops Instant-Win Game at 7-Eleven. Each prize is a Flamin’ Hot Prize Pack, which includes one (1) of each of the following Flamin’ Hot branded items:
- Fanny pack
- Bucket hat
- Engraved pendant necklace
- Lapel pin
- Hoodie
- Sunglasses
- Pair of socks
The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Flamin’ Hot Prize Pack is $175.09. The total ARV of all prizes is $5,252.70. Please note that the winner must accept the prize as stated by the sponsor, or the prize may be forfeited. Any difference between the stated prize value and the actual prize value will not be awarded to the winner.
Winner Verification and Notification
All potential winning plays are subject to verification by the sponsor or administrator. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until their eligibility and the potential winning play have been verified and the participant has been notified that verification is complete. The potential winners will receive an email from the administrator within three (3) days of their winning play.
The email will provide instructions on how to claim the prize, and all prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of email notification. If a potential winner does not respond to the prize-claim instructions within the specified time or cannot be verified, the prize may be forfeited at the sponsor’s discretion. Prizes will be shipped to the winners within eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks of verification.
Limitations of Liability and Release
Participants in the Flamin’ Hot Drops Instant-Win Game at 7-Eleven agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, promotion parties, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, losses, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation or inability to participate in the game. The sponsor and promotion parties are not responsible for any technical problems or malfunctions that may affect the operation of the game.
In the event of cancellation or any other circumstances beyond the sponsor’s control, the sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants, modify or terminate the game, and award the remaining prizes among eligible non-suspect plays received prior to the cancellation. Participants agree that any disputes arising from the game shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts for Collin or Dallas Counties, Texas.
Release of Liability
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release the sponsor, promotion parties, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability for personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Winners may also grant the sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their prizes, and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered unless at the sponsor’s discretion.
