Eligibility
To participate in the sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) and be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. Unfortunately, employees and directors of TRU Kids Inc., Sync Marketing LLC, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members and household members of these individuals are also excluded from participating.
How to Enter
Entering the Geoffrey’s Hot Toy List Promotion is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Each day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, Toys R Us will make a daily post on its Instagram page, @toysrus. To enter, simply follow @toysrus on Instagram, like the post, and comment on the post within 24 hours after it is posted. But wait, there’s more! You can earn additional entries by tagging your friends in the comment section. Each friend you tag will give you one extra entry, with a limit of five additional entries per post. That means you can earn up to six entries per post!
To participate, make sure your Instagram profile settings are set to PUBLIC. If you don’t have an Instagram account yet, don’t worry! Download the free Instagram application on your phone or tablet and create an account following the instructions provided. It’s quick, easy, and completely free.
Winner Determination
The winners of the Geoffrey’s Hot Toy List Promotion will be randomly selected by the Administrator. One winner will be chosen for each of the ten daily prizes, and there will also be one winner selected for the grand prize. The grand prize drawing will include all entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, excluding those who have already won a daily prize. The odds of winning a daily prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each 24-hour period. The odds of winning the grand prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the sweepstakes.
If you’re chosen as a potential winner, Toys R Us will send you a direct message on Instagram from @toysrus. You will then have 48 hours to respond and claim your prize.
