This is a judged photo/video contest, not a random drawing. Your original Halloween setup must feature Govee lights. A simple follow-and-comment entry without the required photo or video is not enough.
Eight prizes across two rounds
- Round 1, October 12 at 10 AM–October 21 at 11:59 PM EDT: two TV Backlight 3 Lite prizes ($89.99 each) and two Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism sets ($699.99 each).
- Round 2, October 22 at 10 AM–October 31 at 11:59 PM EDT: one TV Backlight 3 ($109.99) and three Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism sets ($699.99 each).
There are four winners per round. After winners are chosen by judging, the available prizes are assigned randomly among that round’s winners.
How to submit your Halloween setup
- Follow Govee’s official account on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X.
- Create an original photo or video of your Halloween setup featuring any Govee lights.
- Post it publicly, tag the brand’s official account and include #GoveeTrickOrLight.
- Keep the entry public and visible throughout the campaign.
On Facebook, a qualifying photo or video in the official giveaway post’s comments also counts. Each qualifying original post counts as one entry, and Round 1 entrants may participate in Round 2.
Judging and eligibility
Entrants must be 18+ and live where participation is legally permitted. Judges consider creativity, transformation, storytelling and Halloween atmosphere. The rules do not provide a product-free entry route; access to Govee lights is needed for the required setup.
Use your own original content. Entry grants the sponsor permission to use submitted content and identifying details for promotion under its terms.
Winner announcements
Round 1 winners are announced October 22; Round 2 winners on November 1. Watch the official Govee accounts and messages. Selected winners have seven days to respond with the requested claim details.
