Sweepstakes Duration
The Grill Like the Butteri Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2023, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2023, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. All web entries must be received by the sponsor by 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2023, or, if mailed, postmarked by November 30, 2023, and received no later than the end of the business day on December 9, 2023.
Sweepstakes Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the States of Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia (“D.C.”), Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming. (“Participating States”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
How to Enter
To enter the sweepstakes, there are three (3) ways to enter. You are limited to One (1) Sweepstakes entry, regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.
- To Enter via Web Entry: Scan the QR code on POS material or visit www.GrillLikeTheButteriSweepstakes.com and enter your birthdate. Once you are on the site, click on Entry Form and fill out all the required information to enter. Once you submit the form, you will receive a message informing you that you have been officially entered for a chance to win.
- To Enter via a Text Message. Text BUTTERI to 213-394-7460 and follow the directions to verify your age and state of residence. You will then be sent a text message containing a link to the web entry form that must be filled out with the requested information. Once you submit the form, you will receive a message informing you that you have been officially entered for a chance to win. Message & data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel. By sending a text message from your mobile phone, you are providing prior written consent to receive messages about the sweepstakes and Sponsor’s products and services to that mobile phone by or on behalf of Sponsor. All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of method of entry, that are otherwise fully compliant with these Official Rules shall be considered “Valid Entries” for purposes of this Sweepstakes. By entering you expressly agree to assume all risks of lost, late, incomplete, illegible, stolen, undelivered and/or misdirected entries.

Fifty (50) total Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Sella Antica branded stainless steel Tuscan fireplace grill with double grill grates. (Approximate Retail Value $150 each).
Selection of Winner
There will be a separate drawing from among all Valid Entries on September 25, 2023, and on December 15, 2023. Twenty-five (25) winners will be selected during each drawing. Each such drawing will take place as follows: At approximately 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, the Sponsor will randomly draw twenty-five (25) potential winner(s) from among all Valid Entries received.
Winner Notification
Each potential winner will be notified on or about September 25, 2023, and December 15, 2023, by email and/or telephone (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) using the contact information submitted by such potential winner(s) at the time of entry (“Prize Notification”). In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within two (2) business days of the date of issuance, a disqualification will result, and the prize will be forfeited, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. In order to receive a Prize, each potential winner must provide a copy of his or her driver’s license and/or other identification to Sponsor, unless prohibited by law, within two (2) days of the date of issuance, or an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining Valid Entries.
