Eligibility: Who Can Enter?
The Halloween Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. If you’re lucky enough to be selected as a winner, you will receive one (1) Halloween Prize Box. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $40. The actual merchandise or product selection will be determined by the Sponsor and is subject to availability. There are a total of twenty (20) prizes available to be won. Please note that any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a prize or any portion thereof is not accepted, unclaimed, or unused, it will be forfeited and not substituted.
