Each potential winner must also complete, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within five (5) days of the date of issuance.
Waiver of Liability and Publicity Release
By entering the MLB 2023 All-Star Xbox Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and waives any claims against the Released Parties for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, incomplete, inaccurate, or late entries, as well as any technical or communication failures that may occur during the sweepstakes.
