Prize Details

By accepting and/or using the prize, winners grant Sponsor, RSM, and its designees the rights to use their name, voice, likeness, prize information, city and state of residence, videos, comments, testimonials, or other feedback related to the prize for advertising, trade, or promotion purposes, without further compensation worldwide and in perpetuity, in any form of media, now known or hereafter developed, including the Internet, unless prohibited by law.
Prize Conditions
All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute any prize, and any prize assignment or transfer requires the approval of the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Additionally, winners may not redeem any prize for cash. General Conditions

Released Parties are not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver notifications to selected winners. The total prizes will be shipped directly to the mailing address provided by the winners on their entry form. If undeliverable prize deliveries occur due to a change of address, it is the responsibility of the selected winner to notify the Sponsor or designated agent of their new address. In case of a dispute over the identity of the selected winner, the winner will be deemed to be the Authorized Account Holder of the email account/address used for entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any undeliverable prize deliveries due to a change of address.
Furthermore, Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability, or accessibility, or for any miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failures. This includes any errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise, related to or in connection with the Promotion, including errors or difficulties that may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Game plays, the announcement of the prize, or any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or using the website. Arbitration
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant, with the Federal Arbitration Act governing the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration. Judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with participating in this Promotion. Participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Force Majeure
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud, technical problems, failures, or malfunctions, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity, administration, security, proper play, or feasibility of this Promotion. In the event that an insufficient number of eligible Game plays are received or Sponsor is prevented from awarding any prize or continuing with this Promotion due to any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state/provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g., SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion.
Choice of Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
