How to enter without a bank account
Handprint these items on a plain 3-by-5-inch piece of paper: your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, and the words “Phelps County Bank $100,000 Swipestakes.”
Put it in a sealed, stamped, hand-addressed #10 envelope addressed to:

Each entry must be mailed separately. The rules permit unlimited entries, but they must be completed manually. Postage is not reimbursed.
Dates and winner selection
The promotion ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central. Mail entries must be postmarked by January 2, 2027 and received by January 9. The drawing is scheduled for January 11.
One winner receives a $100,000 check. Eligible bank-card transactions are another entry method, but no account, card transaction or purchase is needed for the mail option. This is a sweepstakes, not a guaranteed banking bonus.
