Winner Determination

If an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been deleted, lost, or destroyed, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the sweepstakes, provided that it is still open. Governing Law
The construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the official rules and the rights and obligations of the participants and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Massachusetts.
