By submitting a photo for the SKITTLES® Summer-Ade Contest, you grant the Sponsor and its affiliated entities a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, display, perform, transmit, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell, and distribute your photo. This grant of rights allows the Sponsor to incorporate your photo into any form, medium, or technology, now known or hereafter developed.
Please note that the Sponsor reserves the right to select which photos will be published. While the Sponsor is not obligated to use any photo you submit, it may be featured on their website and social media pages. Your name or user handle may also be included with the photo, but the Sponsor is not obligated to do so. Remember to use caution when deciding what personal information to disclose in connection with your photo.
Winner Determination: Judging Your SKITTLES® Drink Creation
Once the contest entry period ends, all submissions will be judged by the Sponsor based on three criteria: originality, presentation, and use of SKITTLES® in the drink creation. Originality accounts for 30% of the judging criteria and encourages you to showcase your unique twist to your summer lemonade drink using SKITTLES®. Presentation holds a 30% weight and emphasizes the importance of a colorful, refreshing, and inviting photo of your drink creation. Finally, the use of SKITTLES® in your concoction determines 40% of the judging criteria. Get creative and push the limits of flavor while maintaining taste.
The top four submissions in each of the three categories (Cookout, Poolside, and Great Outdoors) will become finalists and be featured on the Contest Gallery page. Public voting will take place between August 10th and August 17th to determine the three grand prize winners, one from each category. The prizes will be detailed in the official rules.
Remember, votes generated by scripts or automated means are void. Only votes cast by actual individuals will be considered valid. Each person can only vote once for an entry per calendar day. Attempts to manipulate the voting process or engage in fraudulent activities will result in disqualification. Voters will not have an opportunity to win any prizes.

If you’re selected as a potential winner, you may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release by the specified date.
