The Sour Patch Kids Lemonade Fest Sweepstakes is a promotion sponsored by Mondelēz Global LLC. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C., and Puerto Rico who are 16 years and older. The sweepstakes is not affiliated with TikTok Inc.
How to Enter
To enter the sweepstakes, participants must:
- Have a personal TikTok account.
- Follow @therealsourpatchkids on TikTok.
- Create a TikTok video no longer than 30 seconds that describes a sour moment and includes the following hashtags and tags:
- #Sweepstakes
- #SPKMakesLemonade
- @therealsourpatchkids
The video must also comply with the guidelines and content restrictions provided in the official rules.
Entry Limit
Participants are allowed to enter the sweepstakes only once during the sweepstakes period. The use of automated methods or multiple accounts to exceed the entry limit will result in disqualification.
Prizes
The sweepstakes will have one grand prize winner and one hundred first prize winners.
- One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the winner and five (5) guests to Miami, Florida. The trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for six (6) people from a major airport near the winner’s home to Miami, FL, four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by the sponsor, ground transportation to and from the destination airport and hotel, $3,820 in spending money, and a gift bag.
- One hundred (100) First Prizes: There will be four (4) drawings conducted during different weeks. In each drawing, twenty-five (25) first prize winners will be selected. The First Prize winners will receive a Sour Patch Kids Lemonade Fest prize pack, which includes Sour Patch Kids merchandise and products.
