1. DURATION
Initiating from 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on December 18, 2023, the sweepstakes will stay open until 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 20, 2023. These three days could be your lucky charm, so do not miss out!
2. ELIGIBILITY
You might be wondering who can enter this spectacular sweepstakes. The rules are quite simple:
- You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
- You must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
Please note that employees, officers, and directors of American Vintage Beverage Inc., its parent company, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as alcohol beverage licensees, are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY LIMIT
Each participant can enter only once during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of Instagram accounts they possess. However, a participant can also be tagged by one or more other entrants. Exceeding this entry limit may lead to disqualification.
4. STEPS TO ENTER
Participating is as easy as pie! You just need an Instagram account set to public. If you don’t have one, you can sign up for free at http://www.instagram.com. Follow these steps:

5. PRIZES
The best part of any sweepstakes is, of course, the prizes! This time, WHITE CLAW SPIRITS™ is giving away 200 stunning branded ice molds. Each winner will receive one ice mold, with an approximate retail value of $7.37. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1474.
It’s worth noting that alcohol beverages are not part of the prize and all costs associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of each winner.
6. WINNER SELECTION
The winners will be chosen randomly by VCCP Limited, an independent judging organization. The drawing will take place on or around December 21, 2023. The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Winners will be notified by direct message from @whiteclaw on or about December 21, 2023. So, make sure your Instagram profile is set to “public” to receive their message. Winners will be required to respond within two business days, or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner.
8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
