The complete Freebie Mom guide
Target’s Instagram giveaway puts a limited-edition collaboration bag in the spotlight. The Public School New York x Target bag is the entire prize, making this promotion especially relevant for fans of exclusive fashion accessories and Target collaborations.
The limited-edition bag prize
Prize: 10 winners each receive a limited-edition Public School New York x Target bag worth approximately $290. Other pictured products are not included.
Total winners: 10
Total prize value: $2,900
Each selected entrant receives one bag. Pay attention to the exclusion in the prize description: accessories or other merchandise shown alongside the bag in promotional images are not part of the award.
How to enter on Instagram
This is a social-post entry completed through the official Target Style Instagram post. Entrants are instructed to follow both @Target and @TargetStyle, like the giveaway post, and leave a comment tagging a friend.
The comment must also answer the prompt asking what the entrant would put in the Target bag. Complete every listed action on the original post so the entry includes both the friend tag and the requested response.
Entry limit: Not listed.
Because no entry frequency is provided, do not assume that additional comments create additional eligible entries. Review the live post before participating for any clarification or update from Target.
Who can participate and when it closes
Eligibility: 18+, USA
Deadline: Entry deadline not listed.
The official information does not provide an entry cutoff. Check the original Instagram post to determine whether Target is still accepting entries before completing the steps. A winner-announcement date should not be treated as the entry deadline.
Watch Instagram for winner contact
Target says the selected winners will be announced through the @TargetStyle Instagram Stories on October 12, 2026, at 4 p.m. CT. Winners are also contacted by Instagram direct message.
A selected winner must respond to Target’s direct message within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond in that window, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random. Entrants should check message requests as well as their main Instagram inbox, while confirming that any communication comes from the stated official account.
