Disputes
Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from or connected to the Coors Light Summer PTO Program shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters. Participants agree that their claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses and waive any rights to indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
