Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members of Wawa, Inc. and each of its respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

Email address must be valid as potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via email.
Prizes
Twenty-five (25) Grand Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Autographed t-shirt, one (1) autographed baseball, one (1) hat, and one (1) set of stickers (each a “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $56.29. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $1,407.25.
One Hundred and Ten First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) t-shirt (not autographed), one (1) hat, and one (1) set of stickers (each a “First Prize”). ARV of each First Prize is $31.34. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $3,447.40.
Total ARV of all prizes is $4,854.65.
Specific Entry Periods
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 17, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 21, 2023. Entrant must submit the Entry Form by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 21, 2023, to receive an entry.

Disputes

How to Win
On or about July 24, 2023, twenty-five (25) grand prize winners and one hundred and ten (110) first prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by a Sponsor representative from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are based upon his/her sole discretion and his/her interpretation of these Official Rules, and is final and binding in all respects. Prize Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
