Exciting Prizes and Odds
A total of 50 Prizes are up for grabs in the 5-hour ENERGY® Tidal Twist Pool Float Sweepstakes. Each Prize includes three bottles of Tidal Twist Extra Strength 5-hour ENERGY shots and one 5-hour ENERGY branded pool float. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Prize is $64.46.
The total ARV of all prizes available to be won is $3,223.00. Please note that there is a limit of one prize per person. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Random Drawing and Winner Notification
The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator on or about Saturday, July 22, 2023. If you win, you will be notified through a Social Notification via Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, depending on the entry method used. Alternatively, if you entered via Mail-In Entry or Online Entry, you will receive a notification via email.
To claim your prize, you must respond within three days of the notification and provide the requested information, including your full name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and date of birth. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes will be awarded approximately 45 days after the winners have been verified. In case a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with the Official Rules, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Conditions and Tax Liability
The prizes in the 5-hour ENERGY® Tidal Twist Pool Float Sweepstakes are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or assignable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any additional expenses not specified in the prize details are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, and income taxes associated with the prizes. By entering the sweepstakes, winners agree to allow the use of their names, prizes won, hometowns, likenesses, video recordings, photographs, and statements for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission.
General Information and Dispute Resolution
By participating in the 5-hour ENERGY® Tidal Twist Pool Float Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Participants release the Sponsor, Administrator, and all other businesses involved in this sweepstakes from any claims and liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prizes.
In the event of any dispute, all issues and questions will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of JAMS Inc. or any other mutually agreed arbitration administration service. The arbitration will take place in Oakland County, Michigan, and the federal or state laws of Michigan will apply.
