Prize Fulfillment
If you’re a lucky winner, you’ll receive your prize via email within 2-3 weeks after verification. Most prizes, including gift cards and vouchers, will be fulfilled to the email address associated with your +one Account. It’s important to provide a valid email address to ensure successful prize delivery. Any returned prizes due to undeliverable email addresses will result in disqualification, and the prize will be forfeited.
For winners of the National Park Annual Passes, an email will be sent with a link to provide your full mailing address for prize fulfillment purposes. You must respond within three (3) days, or the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be shipped to the address provided in January of 2024. Once the prize has been delivered to the provided address and confirmed, the Sponsor is no longer responsible for its security and cannot replace the prize if it is stolen or damaged. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
