Looking for class action settlements without proof of purchase? Missing an old receipt does not always mean missing your chance to file. Some open settlements accept eligible claims without receipts, while others offer a smaller cash option that does not require documentation.
We checked the official settlement websites and claim instructions on September 25, 2026 and found 10 no-receipt or no-documentation claim options. Below, you can see who may qualify, what each option actually pays, when to file and where to find the official form.
THE IMPORTANT PART
No receipt does not mean no rules.
These settlements offer a route that does not require purchase receipts or certain other documents when you first file. You must still meet the settlement’s eligibility rules and provide truthful information. Some administrators can ask for records later, and some higher-payment options require proof.

Exact cutoffs are included in the cards where verified. Follow the official form’s online or mailing instructions.

What you could receive: Eligible claimants may request $6 per covered product, up to two products per household, without submitting receipts. The form asks for purchase details and a truthful attestation; a notice ID is optional.
How to file: Check the covered products and purchase-state requirement before completing the official form. Limit one claim per household.
This deadline applies only to the cookware settlement. Do not submit a new claim after the deadline; the other settlements below have their own filing dates.

01 / NO-RECEIPT CLAIM OPTION
CVS digital privacy settlement
Cash Payment B · no documentation
PAYMENT OPTIONUp to $5
FILE BYNovember 16, 2026
Who may qualify: U.S. residents who accessed covered CVS digital properties while in the United States before July 27, 2026. These include the CVS app, CVS website and CVS Health website. Merely shopping inside a CVS store is not the same as accessing a covered digital property.
What you could receive: Cash Payment B offers up to $5 without documentation. A separate option offers up to $10 with supporting documentation. Only one claim per household is allowed.
How to file: The button opens the official no-login form. If you qualify but lack documentation, select Cash Payment B, complete the required information and read the certification before submitting.
The form requires a truthful statement of qualifying access and U.S. residency. Claims can be audited; a $5 payment is not guaranteed.
Who may qualify: People who paid qualifying surcharges at independent, non-bank ATMs in the U.S. or its territories from October 24, 2007–August 14, 2026. The charges must not have been fully reimbursed by your bank.
What you could receive: The settlement covers qualifying ATM/PIN-debit withdrawals from deposit accounts—not credit-card cash advances or prepaid-card transactions. The $167.5 million settlement fund is not an individual payout; your amount has not been fixed.
How to file: Read the covered-transaction rules and complete the official claim with accurate information about your eligible fees. You do not need to attach documents when initially filing.
The administrator may request bank statements or other supporting information later. Use the online route or mail early; do not wait until the final day to send a paper claim.
Who may qualify: Eligible U.S., Washington, D.C. and U.S.-territory buyers of covered Bestway above-ground pools for personal use, not resale. Covered pools were sold during 2008–2024, are 48 inches or taller, and have compression straps outside the support poles.
What you could receive: Eligible buyers without valid purchase proof can claim $40. With valid proof, the alternative benefit is 10% of the purchase price. Covered brands/models include Bestway Power Steel, Steel Pro and Coleman Power Steel; secondhand purchases do not qualify.
How to file: Check your pool against the official covered-product information, then complete the claim form. Keep the no-proof payment separate from the percentage-based proof option.
You do not have to participate in the separate recall to submit a settlement claim. The settlement form does not replace checking and following current pool safety/recall instructions.
Who may qualify: U.S. residents who entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the Flo app between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019. Downloading the app without entering the covered information is not enough.
What you could receive: There is no fixed dollar payment per person. Eligible standard claims receive a share of the net settlement fund, depending on the settlement’s allocation rules and approved claims.
How to file: Use the official claim route for people without a notice. A Unique ID and PIN are optional on that form. Complete your information and the required eligibility statements truthfully.
The increased California payment requires documentation of California residency during the covered period. That enhanced option is NOT a no-documentation claim.
Who may qualify: Consumers who indirectly bought covered pork—such as through a grocery store—for personal consumption from June 28, 2014–June 30, 2018 in an eligible jurisdiction. Covered purchases must involve the companies identified in the official notice.
What you could receive: This is the current remaining-defendant settlement round, not the earlier closed JBS/Smithfield claims. Qualifying products include conventional raw pork and bacon; organic and no-antibiotics-ever pork are excluded, as are non-bacon products that are marinated, seasoned, flavored or breaded.
How to file: Review the covered products, companies and purchase locations before starting. Supporting documents are not required with the initial claim, but may be requested later. There is no fixed payment per person.
Eligible locations: Arizona, California, Washington, D.C., Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia.
Who may qualify: Eligible people who purchased VSL#3 in the United States between June 1, 2016 and June 19, 2019. Check the official notice for the full class definition and exclusions.
What you could receive: The no-receipt, no-notice-credentials option covers one bottle or box per household, with a $20 base payment. The amount can be adjusted up or down on a proportional basis.
How to file: Open the official settlement website and follow its claim instructions. The official claim form’s Option 3 is for eligible claimants without either proof of purchase or notice credentials. Submit online or postmark your paper claim by the deadline.
Larger advertised maximums belong to different documentation tiers. Do not mistake them for the amount available on a one-unit no-receipt claim.
Who may qualify: Living U.S. residents whose private information may have been affected by the February 16–May 12, 2024 data security incident. The cash claim also requires an attestation about after-hours communication with a healthcare provider or office during May 12, 2014–May 12, 2024.
What you could receive:Cash Payment B offers up to $75 without documented losses, subject to reduction if needed. Eligible class members may also request two years of medical and dark-web monitoring.
How to file: Use the official form for people without a claim ID and review the eligibility questions. Choose the benefit that accurately matches your circumstances, rather than the separate documented-loss tier.
An after-hours call alone does not establish eligibility: you must also belong to the affected-data class. The separate up-to-$5,000 loss reimbursement requires documentation and is not the no-proof option.
Who may qualify: Eligible U.S. consumers who bought covered Dr. Squatch products labeled “natural” between November 1, 2018 and August 29, 2026, not for resale.
What you could receive: Without receipts, the base benefit is 50 cents per product, up to five products per household—$2.50 before any proportional adjustment. One household claim is allowed; the actual payment can increase or decrease.
How to file: The online portal asks for a claim ID. If you do not have one, the official mail-in form provides the no-proof purchase option without requiring an ID. Print, complete and postmark it by the deadline, or ask the administrator about your filing options.
This is a modest payment, not a large cash offer. Ordinary printing and postage may reduce what a mailed claim is worth to you.
Who may qualify: Eligible individuals in the United States or its territories who paid part or all of their insured prescription costs out of pocket at Kroger or a covered affiliated pharmacy from December 9, 2018–August 23, 2026. The prescription purchases must have involved insurance.
What you could receive: If your estimated eligible out-of-pocket spending is less than $8,000, documents are not required with the initial claim. Claims at or above that amount require supporting records.
How to file: Read the official notice and claim instructions, confirm your pharmacy and purchases are covered, and report your eligible spending accurately. The payment is proportional, not a fixed advertised check.
$8,000 is a documentation threshold for spending, NOT a promised payout. The administrator may still request supporting information later.
Read the eligibility dates and locations first. Match your actual purchase, account use or other covered activity to the official notice. A settlement may cover only certain products, states or years.
Choose the correct payment option. A no-receipt cash option is often different from a documented-purchase or documented-loss claim. Do not use the largest advertised amount unless you meet that tier’s requirements.
Enter accurate information on the official form. Use your own contact details and a supported payment option. Do not invent purchases, losses or dates. Answer estimates only as the form permits.
Read the certification and submit before the cutoff. Claims commonly require an attestation, sometimes under penalty of perjury. Do not submit duplicates or extra household claims to get around a limit.
Save your confirmation and watch for follow-up. The administrator may need more information. Keep your confirmation number, a copy of your claim and any records you still have.
What “no proof required” really means
It usually means that a particular claim option does not require an uploaded receipt or another supporting document at the initial filing stage. It does not erase the class definition, guarantee approval or promise a specific payment.
That distinction matters. This list separates no-receipt purchase claims, alternative cash payments without documented losses, and claims that may require records later. We also flag mail-in routes and documentation requirements for enhanced payments so you can choose the right option.
Questions about no-proof class action settlements
Can anyone file these claims?
No. Only people who meet the relevant settlement’s requirements should file. Living in the U.S. or recognizing a company’s name is not enough. Read the complete class definition and exclusions on the official website.
Can I file if I never received a settlement notice?
Sometimes. Several administrators provide a no-notice form or paper claim option, but the route varies. Use the instructions in the relevant card and contact that settlement’s administrator if the form requests an ID you do not have. Lack of a notice does not establish eligibility either way.
Do I have to pay a fee to claim?
The official claim routes listed here do not charge a filing fee. A paper claim can involve your own printing and postage costs. Do not pay a third party to “unlock” a settlement payment; confirm any unexpected payment request with the official administrator.
When will settlement money arrive?
The filing deadline is not a payment date. Distribution can depend on court approval, appeals, claim review and the settlement’s own schedule. Check the official website for payment updates; Freebie Mom does not process claims or issue payments.
Is an “up to” amount guaranteed?
No. Some benefits are capped, and others are adjusted proportionally based on valid claims and available funds. Treat a base amount, maximum amount and total settlement fund as three different numbers.
Does filing affect my legal rights?
Settlement participation can affect your rights concerning the claims being resolved. Read the official notice’s release, exclusion and objection information before deciding what to do. Those procedures can have different deadlines from the claim form.
