How to apply to test Fluval aquarium products

Open Fluval’s Product Testing Program page. Use the application button below.
Provide your contact and shipping details. Complete the required fields, including the age question.
Describe your fishkeeping background. Answer the aquarium, fish, equipment and maintenance questions accurately.
Review the reporting commitment. The form asks whether you will submit a report after each test. Its separate promotional-email signup is optional.
Submit your application and await selection. Follow the brand’s specific testing instructions if contacted.

Do you need a large social-media following?

The application asks whether you operate an aquarium-related social channel and provides a “No” answer. The public invitation does not publish a follower minimum. It also lets applicants describe having no aquarium currently operating; that does not guarantee a suitable test will be available.

What products will testers receive?

Fluval does not list a specific test product, guaranteed value, number of testers or application closing date on this invitation. It advertises free products but does not separately explain shipping charges or keep-versus-return terms. Check any selection instructions before accepting.

Get your aquarium details ready

A simple equipment list can make the application easier. Note the aquarium’s capacity, how long it has been running, the animals it houses and your usual care routine. Use the details of your actual setup rather than selecting every available category in hopes of improving your chances.

If invited to a test, review compatibility before adding anything to an aquarium. Ask the program about unclear directions, keep a record of the setup and follow the supplied testing instructions. A clear account of what you observed is more useful than guessing why something happened or copying another reviewer’s experience.

Does filling out the form guarantee a free product?

No. Fluval uses the application to find suitable testers. Continue caring for your aquarium normally while waiting; do not buy equipment or change your setup merely to match an unconfirmed testing opportunity.
