Free Hot Ones House Sauce + Free Shipping (First 1,000)
Hot sauce fans, check this one! Hot Ones is offering a free bottle of House Sauce with free U.S. shipping to up to the first 1,000 eligible participants in its Make Your House a Hot Ones House sample program.
There is one important step: submit a photo or video through the official page, or use the Instagram entry method below. The campaign invites you to show your hot sauce collection, but the rules say no specific product or purchase is required to appear in your submission.

How to get a free bottle of Hot Ones House Sauce
Choose one submission method. You do not need to do both, and duplicate entries will not earn extra bottles.
Option 1: Upload your photo or video on the official page
- Take a photo or video of your hot sauce collection. You do not have to buy Hot Ones sauce or feature a particular brand to participate.
- Open the official sample page using either red button in this article. Find the upload section and its Submit Now button.
- Upload your own photo or video and follow the registration prompts. Review the program rules and permissions before submitting.
- Sign up for Hot Ones or HEATONIST emails. The campaign FAQ says you must be subscribed to receive your free-bottle redemption.
Option 2: Enter through Instagram
- Set your Instagram account to public.
- Post your photo or video with #HotOnesHouse.
- DM that post to @heatonist with the keyword House.
- Follow the confirmation and email-signup instructions. Watch your inbox for redemption details if your submission qualifies within the first 1,000.
Watch for your free-bottle redemption code
Submitting the photo is not the final redemption step. Eligible participants within the first 1,000 receive a digital code to claim the bottle with free U.S. shipping. The rules say the code will be sent within a week of confirmation—that is the code timeline, not a promise that the bottle will arrive within a week.
The official FAQ lists sauce@hotones.com and ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com as possible sender addresses. Check spam or promotions folders, then use the redemption instructions in the official email.
Hot Ones free sample questions
Is this a sweepstakes with a random drawing?
No. The rules describe a first-come, first-served sampling program. Up to the first 1,000 eligible entries, ordered by the sponsor’s server timestamp, receive redemption codes. There is no random drawing described in these rules.
Do I need to buy anything or pay shipping?
No purchase or payment is necessary. The offer includes a free bottle and free shipping within the United States when redeemed as instructed. Buying something does not improve your place in line.
Can I get more than one bottle?
No. The limit is one per person. Uploading multiple photos, submitting a video too, or also using Instagram will not qualify you for additional samples. Bot entries are disqualified.
What happens to the photo or video I submit?
The rules give HEATONIST and Hot Ones a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display submitted media for marketing and promotions. Read that section before sharing, and only submit content you have permission to provide.
How long is the free sauce available?
The listed deadline is October 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern, but the offer closes sooner if 1,000 valid sign-ups are received. The sponsor also reserves the option to extend the promotion. The page was showing its submission button when checked October 8; the number of bottles still available was not displayed.
