How to get it
- Open the store information below. For Cabela’s, you can also check Cabela’s Santa page.
- Confirm that your location is holding the November 7 Santa-arrival event and ask where to gather.
- Visit for the 5 p.m. local arrival. Follow staff directions for the plush giveaway; availability is not guaranteed.
Plan the trip around your location
Use the time at the store you plan to visit, rather than converting every location to Eastern time. If you are meeting relatives there, send the store address along with the date and time. Larger shopping centers can have more than one parking area, so picking a meeting point before you leave can make the outing easier.
Check the weather and bring an extra layer for the outdoor arrival. A small snack and something to keep little hands occupied can help with a wait. Follow staff instructions if the event area or queue changes.
Keep the expectation simple
Tell kids you are going to see Santa arrive, with a possible plush surprise if supplies remain. The announcement does not give a per-store plush quantity or a guaranteed allocation for each visitor. Do not make a long drive solely on the assumption that one will still be available.
You do not claim this item by entering your address on Freebie Mom. The button takes you to official store information. A Santa-photo reservation is a separate service and does not promise a reindeer plush.
