How to get it
- Open the official Santa page and choose your local store. Cabela’s visitors can use the Cabela’s reservation page.

- Save the confirmation and check arrival instructions. Paid photo upgrades are optional; review your selection before ordering anything.
Make a photo visit easier with kids
Put the appointment and store address on your calendar as soon as you finish booking. Allow time for parking, a bathroom stop and finding the right area. Keep the confirmation easy to open on your phone instead of relying on remembering which inbox received it.
Choose clothes your child can move in and consider bringing a familiar small toy. If matching outfits are part of your plan, try them on at home. An enjoyable visit does not require buying new holiday clothes or getting a perfect pose.
Keep your free visit within your budget
Decide before arriving whether you want only the included photo or might consider an optional package. The free photo does not require you to turn the outing into a shopping trip. If family members want a copy, first check how the included digital sharing works.
If your preferred appointment is unavailable, check another nearby participating location or return when the next booking dates open. A listing of the event does not establish that a particular time is still available. Walk-ins can involve a wait, so check with the store before depending on that option.
The November 7 Santa-arrival event is separate from this photo schedule. Photo sessions begin November 8. Opening the link on Freebie Mom does not reserve a visit; finish the official booking steps and retain the confirmation.
