The Stanley Tumbler Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is hosted by FreebieMom.com and is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2025 at 7:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Only entries submitted during this time frame will be eligible.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry and announced publicly (first name and last initial only) on or around April 2, 2025 at approximately 8:00 AM ET.
The winner will have 24 hours from the time the notification email is sent to respond and claim their prize. If no response is received within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Freebie Mom’s discretion.
The prize consists of one (1) Stanley brand tumbler, which will be ordered through Amazon. The winner will be given a small selection of tumbler styles and colors to choose from (subject to availability). Once selected, the tumbler will be shipped directly to the winner’s address provided during the prize claim process.
Estimated delivery is within 7 business days of winner confirmation, depending on shipping availability and winner location. Freebie Mom is not responsible for delays, damage during shipping, or lost packages once the item is ordered and fulfilled by Amazon.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other merchandise. Substitutions are not permitted except at the sole discretion of Freebie Mom, in which case a tumbler of equal or greater value may be provided.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Stanley, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless all aforementioned parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in the Giveaway.
By entering, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that decisions by Freebie Mom regarding this Giveaway are final and binding.
