What can you receive?

Macy’s describes free full-size products, including some pre-release or seasonal items. Brands decide what to offer, and member profiles determine matches. No specific product or value is promised when joining the email list.

Do you get to keep the products?

The official FAQ says received products are yours to keep. Members must review every product they receive and cannot sell, exchange, return for cash or transfer the products to someone else. Macy’s employees, affiliates and suppliers are ineligible.

Make your profile useful

Before choosing a product, consider whether you can actually use it in your normal routine. An accurate size, household description and list of interests is more helpful than selecting everything available. Keep notes as you test: what you tried, how you used it and what you would want another shopper to know.

Write about your experience rather than repeating a product description. A useful review can discuss a good feature and a limitation together. If an item arrives damaged or never arrives, use the program’s support channel instead of posting a review of a product you could not test.

Is this a new giveaway or guaranteed freebie?

This is an ongoing invitation-based review program. Neither a new launch date nor a guaranteed invitation is being advertised here. The email signup also promotes a separate shopping discount; purchasing something is not a step listed on the Review Squad invitation page.
