A possible KONG toy freebie for your dog or cat—with an important catch. The dedicated Paw Promise signup page advertises a KONG Classic or KONG Kickeroo toy after enrollment. However, another official page requires a qualifying NexGard purchase and receipt.
What does the KONG signup offer say?
The dedicated KONG offer terms say the toy will be sent to the pet owner after enrollment by December 31, 2026, while supplies last. They list 6–8 weeks for delivery and say the offer can be changed or withdrawn. These terms do not mention a receipt, and the visible signup form has no receipt-upload field.
Why might you be asked for a receipt?
The main Paw Promise page describes a purchase-based KONG reward. Its terms require a receipt dated April 15–December 31, 2026, showing at least three eligible doses purchased together, submitted by December 31, 2026 or while supplies last. This explains the receipt requirement on that version, but not whether it applies to every signup through the separate KONG page.
How to check the offer
