T-Mobile Tuesdays brings a fresh reason to check your phone every week: customer freebies, food and entertainment savings, and sweepstakes that can also welcome non-customers. This guide separates the perks you can claim from the prizes you enter for a chance to win.

Verified against T-Mobile’s Week #539 official rules. A participant who is 18+ but below their state or territory’s age of majority needs a parent or guardian to handle prize-award documents.
How to enter the T-Mobile Tuesdays sweepstakes
- Choose one entry method. Eligible customers can use the sweepstakes in T-Life; non-customers can use the official online entry page above.
- Follow the entry form. The website starts with your phone number, then asks for contact details, including a physical mailing address. Use your own accurate information.
- Submit once and look for confirmation. The limit is one entry per person, valid email address and mobile number across the app and website combined. Entering through both does not give you another valid entry.
The drawing is scheduled for around October 8, 2026. That is the drawing date, not an extra entry day. Watch for the sponsor’s notification and follow the verification deadline in its message. A purchase does not improve your chances.
T-Mobile Tuesdays deals and freebies to check
The sweepstakes above and the customer perks below have different eligibility and deadlines. A non-customer sweepstakes entry does not unlock the T-Life discounts. Qualifying service is required for these member benefits; the offer shown in your account controls what you can redeem.
Free drinks, movie savings and gas discounts
- 7-Eleven or Speedway: a free large drink
- T-Mobile advertises one large Slurpee, Big Gulp or coffee per month, while supplies last. Check your available or saved offer for its deadline and participating locations.
- Shell: 10¢ off per gallon on Tuesdays
- The advertised discount applies to up to 20 gallons at participating stations. Complimentary Gold Status offers 5¢ off per gallon on other days. Follow the Fuel Rewards instructions in T-Life.
- Atom Tickets: a $5 movie ticket each month
- This is a discounted ticket, not a free movie. Check the current offer for participating screenings, ticket restrictions and any additional charges.
These recurring perks are listed on T-Mobile’s official Tuesdays page. Food promotions and other partner deals rotate; do not assume a previous week’s restaurant coupon is still available.

Limited-time perk: three months of Discord Nitro
Eligible T-Mobile and Metro members can claim a three-month Discord Nitro trial through T-Life by October 6, 2026 at 4:59 AM ET. The promotional link must then be redeemed on Discord by November 5, 2026 at 4:59 AM ET. These are two separate deadlines.
How to claim and redeem T-Mobile Tuesdays offers
- Install or update T-Life. Use the official app-store links on T-Mobile’s page and sign in with your eligible account.
- Find the Tuesdays offers. T-Mobile’s current instructions direct users to the Status tab. Open each offer to review its conditions.
- Tap Save before the countdown ends. Saving a coupon and using it are separate steps.
- Check My Stuff. Your saved offers show their own redemption deadlines and partner instructions.
- Tap Redeem only when ready. Some offers expire just two minutes after activation. Wait until you are at the register or ready to complete the specified online order.

Your weekly reminder calendar
Tuesday, 5 AM ET: Check T-Life for the new week’s offers and its individual countdowns.
Wednesday, 4:59:59 AM ET: The standard weekly saving window ends, according to T-Mobile support. Some promotions have a longer window—use the actual offer’s terms.
After saving: Open My Stuff and check each coupon’s use-by date. Do not treat the saving deadline as the redemption deadline.
This sweepstakes: Week #539 remains open until October 6, 2026 at 4:59:59 AM ET, even though the standard perk-saving window is shorter.
Reading this after Tuesday? Check your saved offers first. A deal you saved may still be redeemable, but a missed saving window is not automatically extended. The sweepstakes has its own entry period. T-Mobile explains the different windows here.

Not open yet: T-Mobile has also posted Week #540 rules. From October 6, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET through October 13, 2026 at 4:59:59 AM ET, 25 winners can receive a $200 Atom Tickets credit plus a $200 prepaid gift card—a $400 package. Eligible winners in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands receive a cash equivalent instead of the Atom credit. The app method includes a movie-trailer quiz; the rules also provide an online entry method. Check the Week #540 rules when that promotion opens.
T-Mobile Tuesdays questions
Do I need T-Mobile to enter the sweepstakes?
Not for Week #539. Eligible non-customers can enter through the official online form. This does not make them eligible for customer-only perks.
Is T-Mobile Tuesdays still a separate app?
The program is now inside T-Life. Use T-Mobile’s download links instead of searching for an old standalone app.
Can Metro customers participate?
Qualifying Metro by T-Mobile customers can access Tuesdays benefits. Available offers depend on eligibility and the terms displayed for the account.
Does every visitor get a gift card?
No. The Amazon gift cards are sweepstakes prizes awarded to selected winners, not a signup reward.
Can I enter every day?
Not this week’s sweepstakes: Week #539 allows one total entry. Always check the current rules because later promotions may work differently.
