T-Mobile Tuesdays brings a fresh reason to check your phone every week: customer freebies, food and entertainment savings, and sweepstakes that can also welcome non-customers. This guide separates the perks you can claim from the prizes you enter for a chance to win.

Who can enter: Legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, ages 18+. Sponsor-related exclusions apply.
No purchase or T-Mobile service required. This is a random-drawing sweepstakes—not an instant win or a guaranteed free meal. Each of 25 winners receives $625 in QDOBA digital gift cards, for $15,625 in total prizes.

Entry window: October 20, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET through October 27, 2026 at 4:59:59 AM ET. That is 1:59:59 AM Pacific on October 27.
How to enter the T-Mobile Tuesdays QDOBA sweepstakes
- Choose one entry method. Eligible T-Mobile and Metro customers can enter in T-Life. Non-customers use the official online form above; T-Mobile Prepaid customers may use either method.
- Using T-Life? Tap Play Now and catch at least 10 falling items in 30 seconds. You may retry until successful, but completing the game earns just one sweepstakes entry—not an instant prize.
- Using the non-customer form? Follow the phone-number and registration prompts. Supply the required name, email, phone number and physical mailing address; no P.O. boxes.
- Enter once. The combined limit is one entry per person, valid email address and mobile number for the entire promotion. Using both routes does not give another entry.
No quiz answers are needed. The app has a catching game; the free non-customer route uses a registration form. Both methods feed the same random drawing with the same odds.
What does “QDOBA for a year” mean?
The actual prize is $625 in QDOBA digital gift cards, based on approximately one burrito per week—not unlimited food. Winners need a QDOBA account to deposit the code. The deposited code does not expire, and purchases above the remaining balance are the winner’s responsibility.
When are winners picked?
The drawing is scheduled for approximately October 29, 2026. Potential winners are contacted through Docusign email and/or by phone approximately two business days afterward. Respond within two business days; the prize terms also require claiming within seven days of notification, and any requested documents have their own five-business-day deadline. Follow every deadline in the official message and never pay a prize-claim fee.
T-Mobile Tuesdays deals and freebies to check
October food offer: free Pepsi with a Pizza Hut purchase
T-Mobile’s current offer page lists a free 20-ounce Pepsi product with a My Haunt Box purchase at Pizza Hut. The box includes a Personal Pan Pizza and a side of fries or wings. This is free with purchase, not a free meal; tax applies, and the advertised limit is once per week during October.
Qualifying service is required. Open your T-Life offer to confirm the box price, participating locations, eligible drinks, save-by deadline and redeem-by deadline before ordering. The public summary does not publish every account-specific condition.
The sweepstakes and customer perks have different eligibility and deadlines. Entering as a non-customer does not unlock T-Life coupons. The recurring benefits below are separate from new weekly offers.
Recurring benefits: drinks, movies and gas
- 7-Eleven or Speedway: a free large drink
- T-Mobile advertises one large Slurpee, Big Gulp or coffee per month, while supplies last. Check your available or saved offer for its deadline and participating locations.
- Shell: 10¢ off per gallon on Tuesdays
- The advertised discount applies to up to 20 gallons at participating stations. Complimentary Gold Status offers 5¢ off per gallon on other days. Follow the Fuel Rewards instructions in T-Life.
- Atom Tickets: a $5 movie ticket each month
- This is a discounted ticket, not a free movie. Check the current offer for participating screenings, ticket restrictions and any additional charges.
These recurring perks are listed on T-Mobile’s official Tuesdays page. Food promotions and other partner deals rotate; do not assume a previous week’s restaurant coupon is still available.

For this week’s food offers: Open T-Life and review the offers available to your account. The public T-Mobile page confirms the recurring benefits above but does not provide complete terms for every account-specific restaurant coupon. Check the purchase minimum, save-by time, use-by time and participating locations before ordering.
How to claim and redeem T-Mobile Tuesdays offers
- Install or update T-Life. Use the official app-store links on T-Mobile’s page and sign in with your eligible account.
- Find the Tuesdays offers in T-Life. Open the Tuesdays section and review each offer’s conditions; navigation can vary by app version.
- Tap Save before the countdown ends. Saving a coupon and using it are separate steps.
- Check My Stuff. Your saved offers show their own redemption deadlines and partner instructions.
- Tap Redeem only when ready. Some offers expire just two minutes after activation. Wait until you are at the register or ready to complete the specified online order.

Your weekly reminder calendar
Tuesday, 5 AM ET: Check T-Life for the new week’s offers and its individual countdowns.
Wednesday, 4:59:59 AM ET: The standard weekly saving window ends, according to T-Mobile support. Some promotions have a longer window—use the actual offer’s terms.
After saving: Open My Stuff and check each coupon’s use-by date. Do not treat the saving deadline as the redemption deadline.
October 20–27 sweepstakes: Week #542 closes Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 4:59:59 AM ET. This is separate from the usual one-day coupon-saving window.

T-Mobile Tuesdays questions
Do I need T-Mobile to enter the QDOBA sweepstakes?
Not for Week #542. Eligible non-customers can enter through the official online form. This does not make them eligible for customer-only perks.
Is T-Mobile Tuesdays still a separate app?
The program is now inside T-Life. Use T-Mobile’s download links instead of searching for an old standalone app.
Can Metro customers participate?
Qualifying Metro by T-Mobile customers can access Tuesdays benefits. Available offers depend on eligibility and the terms displayed for the account.
Does every visitor get a gift card?
No. There are 25 QDOBA gift-card prizes awarded by random drawing, subject to eligibility verification. Completing the app game or form does not guarantee a prize.
Can I enter every day?
No. Week #542 allows one total entry during October 20–27. App-game retries help you complete the entry requirement; they do not create extra entries.
